REPORTS
Fire Compliance Online is supplied with a suite of reports which are generated automatically, and stored in the system.
The system will optionally email a list of recipients with links to the reports, which can be viewed independently of the software (via a PDF) or, for administrative users and nominated fire officers, through the Reports module.

Some reports are also ‘targeted’ at specific team members within you organisation. For example, some fire wardens can be flagged as ‘Area Managers’ and have specific reports sent directly them which focus on the wards or departments for which they are responsible.
Similarly, some reports may only be sent to the fire officers, so that they can provide a resolution to certain types of non-compliance.
Over time, the automated reports will build into a comprehensive set of compliance data, allowing not only fire officers but also other key safety and executive personnel easy and accurate access to all the core fire safety information for your estate.
